What does your %home%\yarn\config file says for the filter setting
(mine shows 'f:\yarn\bin\filter1 %f').
Try to run filter1.exe against your mailin directory files (e.g. for me
it would be 'd: & cd \u\home\yarn\in\mail2 & f:\yarn\bin\filter1.exe
0000001.msg'). If the message file contains something meaningful,
filter1 should output the folders where the message will be moved on
import.
