It shows nothing, the file ist empty (0 Byte).

I don't think, that the Import.exe is broken, but how should I test it, if
it runs?
Now, there ist only one import.exe. It ist the one in the PATH. I renamed
the other one.

It was created a new one but this one is empty, too.
