Another VSoup question

First, what is the -h command line option for and when is it needed?

Next, when fetching newsgroups, should I use the newsrc file which
yarn produces? What about the yarn-specific newsgroups such as junk
and other pseudonewsgroups that I've created? Does VSoup modify the
newsrc file, and if so, does this interfere with the performance of
yarn?
