What configuration files? I don't have any. None were included in
the archive when I downloaded VSoup, nor was there any readme or other
documentation describing any such files.

Is this the same HOME environment variable that is set for yarn?
What does VSoup use this directory for? Is this where it will look
for the newsrc file?
Will the command line option override the environment variable?
Thanks for your response and assistance.
