The "newsauth" file is for those news-servers which require user
authentication before posting news articles. It's a text file that
has :

<name of news server> <username> <login password>

all on one line, separated by spaces.

Like mine:

news.primenet.com dbeko password

That's it. Souper will use that information to "authenticate" you
when the news server requests it.
