There is an EXCELLENT REXX included in PCDOS2000 from IBM. It has all the
funtionality that you'd expect from REXX. I'm just diving into it in relations
to a project that I've been included into and... so far, very smooth sailing.

The best part of this REXX, IBM hands you the interface source that allows you
to build your own external funtion libraries from C... Simply Excellent!
