I've recompiled VSoup95/NT and tested the time-out mechanism which is
working at least for me (NT, SP4, AMD K6-2 350).

I did not test 1.2.9.34Beta for it's time-out problems though. Which
means, that I cannot say if anything has been changed...

Download it (from my homepage) and test it.
