Help with timezone

Hi,

I need some help with the environment in autoexec.bat for my timezone:-

I use GMT time apart from the daylight saving hours which is bummer british
time (bst). This is one hour from the gmt time. Could somone tell me the
correct environment to use with yarn as I am getting just a bit fed up of
figuring out which one to use?

I am using atm:-
set tz=gmt0bst
