Digest Reading Readmail Tip

Some of you may remember my recommending an older program Readmail,
v. 5X for processing digests, since it can undigest a digest on the
fly in real time, and present you with the separate messages.

Readmail has some bugs and, more to the point, some non-intuitive behaviours
because there is virtually no documentation for its last version.

Readmail's revision history notes that ``delete does not work for soup
headers''. But Yarn's headers are ``soup-like''. What to do? I discovered
that if you turn of (in its message type setup screen) the ``use soup
headers'' checkbox, and specify a yarn header as a non-soup header with
first line something like:

*Received: from*

Readmail can read the headers fine and can delete individual messages
without error. Thats my tip. With some torture I even got readmail to
mail out reply mail and posts and add them to Yarn's replies.zip soup
packet. So the two are coexisting nicely for now.
