I very nearly have something like that completed, written in java. When it's
finished for it's original intent, I could easily tweak it to do what you
want... Maybe a couple of days.

Ever notice how everything Microsoft sells is the opposite of its name?

*  NT is not "new" technology; it's a hacked version of 30-year-old VMS
operating system from DEC. Hacked to the point of being bloody...

*  PnP is not "plug and play", as you must always load a card-specific
driver (which is an extra layer of obedience to MS between you and the
hardware).  Old modem cards are true "plug and play" because you just
plug them in.  Same with old NICs and other driverless stuff, run by
naked IRQs.
