Automating yarn

Some may remember a few weeks ago I asked about trying to automate soup
downloads to my home machine, so that I can then pick them up from my work
laptop when I'm on the road. I have just about all of it worked out (Thanks
for the RASdial95 reference), except the actual scheduling. I'm using
Win95, and the task scheduler does not seem to want to allow me to schedule
to same task for multiple times in the same day. Now, I could set it up as
multiple tasks, and have each take place at a different time, but I'd
rather find a tool that will let me schedule a task to happen, say, every
hour on the hour.
Any ideas?
I know it's not a Yarn issue any more, but I was hoping since you all
started this with me, someone might have a suggestion.
