What you need to do is to create a file called newsauth in your home directory
(where the -h parameter points to) containing the following:

news.myserver.net username password
where username and password are respective to the login name and the password.

the server must be the same as the nntpserver specified.

P.S use souper to login to news.cis.dfn.de very well which requires username and
pass.
