First, I would like to thank everyone for replying so quickly to my
original post. I wasn't aware that a dos-based version of sed exists,
if I can find a quick way to pipe a message to it without having to type
the command line each time, that might be a fantastic solution. Another
similar problem which I am facing is those messages, usually generated
by Outlook, which contain way-too-many HTML tags. I would love to
find a way to strip off all the tags as this would make reading such
messages infinitely easier. How are others on this list dealing with
messages containing HTML tags?
