What do you want to do? According to your posted directory structure I
assume, you'd like to setup VSoup to operate with YarnIO!? Do you want
to read news from nine news servers or is it enough for you to get news
from a single news server?

In the first case, you could do some debugging through starting the
single tasks (e.g. 'yarnio RCVNEWS', 'yarnio SEND' etc). Post the
stsmail.msg of a failed operation.

In the second case use a simpler setup. If you'd post your
requirements I will do my best to help you.
