Yes, and it was working fine before I did the backup and restore. My yarn
system is as follows:

yarf.exe and yarf!.bat in c:\yarn
home directory is c:\yarn\andrew
yarn and yarf configuration files resides in c:\yarn\andrew\yarn

the yarn directory is on the path

compression programs are yarf! followed by pkzip.
