Header.yes is a text file containing a string to search for one one side, and
the header file to use in the other column.

For example:

*list email.hdr #cuts out the pseudo newsgroup headers
# anything with a list for mailing lists should use the email header file
e-mail email.hdr
# any outgoing email should use email.hdr
* news.hdr
# anything else should use news.hdr
