Don't you want to be looking for "^sender: Andrew", not
"^x-sendor: Andrew", etc (note the spelling)?

The log file is a single line? What did it look like when it was
working?

Could it be the speed problem again? Yarf is written in Turbo Pascal,
IIRC. It's possible the error message is being displayed so briefly
that you don't see it. Does Yarf! run OK from the command line?
(I'd test it, but I run Linux/Mutt/Jed these days)
