I am interested in starting with pgp, and have downloaded the latest
version from ox.ac.uk. However, I don't know how to start as the users
guide is in acrobat reader format which I cannot read due to use of a
speech synthesizer. What I want to do is to create a pgp key for
private use and use it with yarn.
