Win2000 and Message Date in Yarn

Hi,

Are there any Yarn users out there running it on Win2000?
If so could you please tell me how I set the timezome
command so that it is reflected correctly on any email
that I send.
At the moment no matter what I do I either get GMT -400
or GMT +0000. The correct timezone should be GMT +1000

Help anyone please
