All of the vi (visual) clones for dos let you set linewrap, and so do a lot
of the pseudo-gui Borland IDE type text editors. See Rich's Greens Web
Page, ``Freeware for Dos (not Windows) for a large list of text editors
that can do this:

There are also many text ``filter'' programs, many of which are also at
this site that will process a file and wrap the lines at a length you
select, replace tabs with spaces and vice versa, and so on.
