This morning I stumbled across Sleeping
Cat Productions and was mightily impressed. Look for elements of her
design to start creeping into my own work because, after all, imitation is
the highest form of flattery, and once you see cool new design styles like
this it is virtually impossible to go back to boring old HTML. I'd like to
thank the Triangle Webgrrls
(and Webgrrls in general) for establishing
such a fine network of talented women.
The background on this page was borrowed from a font site that I have since
lost, and is also set as my desktop wallpaper (replacing the lovely scene
from Argon Zark). I tend to
start with Fontastic
for all my font needs. I recommend you do the same.
Now, on to Amber's Page of Pages.
So I was sitting at my little computer this morning, discovering all sorts
of neat Photoshop tricks,
when I realized that I never can manage to put all of the cool things I find
on the web in my pages. I also realized that, with the vast amounts of free
time I seem to possess, I have absolutely no excuse. Thus, the new index page
was born to supplement the old index page, indulge
my whims, and generally give me something to do during the day.
