From the FCC:
Only one copy of electronically-filed comments must be submitted. You
must put the docket number of the proceeding in the subject line, and
you also must note in the subject line if an electronic submission is an
exact copy of formal comments. You also must include your full name
and Postal Service mailing address in your submission.
If you would like to file a more formal comment, please read the
FCC's Instructions. Once you've made an intelligent and informed rant
to the FCC, feel free to go on to My Pages.
Until January 20th, the FCC is accepting comments on a new proposal that
will result in more fees for both Internet Service Providers and individual
users such as yourself. Please read the following pages and submit your
informed opinion to the addresses below.
