It is my humblest of opinions that web pages should be created in order to be read by people using any browser. (For instance, the javascript on this page only works with Netscape.) Extra things such as javascript, which only works on a few select browsers, can usually be done without. Mouseovers are cute and all, but they don't add to the content of a page one bit.
