7. Be prepared to defend yourself. At least have arrangements for someone else to defend if you are unable for some reason. Being physically fit enough to run away from danger is the minimal standard to meet. Being supportive of the local police force is something every Angel should be able to do. Encouraging our federal government to spend our resources wisely to defend us against those unenlightened souls who would seek to destroy us is a responsibility of every citizen, but particularly important to Angels. Our God is not passive, and that old adage, God helps those who help themselves applies in this regard.
