9. Save at least 10% of your after-tax income for yourself and your family. The Lord will help you to achieve this level of saving if you find it difficult. All of us will run into situations when we need to dip into these savings to get through some sort of unexpected emergency. Again, the Lord helps those who help themselves. You have a duty to God to save.
