Q1: - What is God's Plan?
A1: - "God only knows". What SLIATA.org is all about is helping each and every human on the Earth find out from God Himself what part that person will play in helping to solve the problems of mankind. My part is getting the Word out that God is already talking to each and every one of us and we have to overcome our distractions to be able to hear Him. Fortunately, God has granted us a much faster way to enlightenment than meditating for one or more lifetimes. The Plan involves recruiting most of the population of the world in creating a paradise on the Earth that will last for at least the next thousand years. Everyone will be given the opportunity to become the human equivalent of an Angel.

Q2: - What do you mean by the term Angel?
A2: - An angel in a spiritual or biblical sense is an entity that acts on God's behalf with the powers that God has endowed them with. In a human sense, an Angel is one who can hear God speaking to them and abides by the Rules for Angels. One of the consequences of being an Angel is that one receives the Blessings of the Lord in all that they do. An Angel has an elevated level of spiritual energy, nominally 7 units, with a surplus of 14 units or more added per day to distribute to other candidates to be Angels with a ritual called the "Angel Touch".

Q3: - What is the "Angel Touch"?
A3: - The Angel Touch is a procedure ordained by God to overcome personal psychic blockages to hearing His Voice. The sequence is that the candidate indicates their willingness to participate, the granter asks God for His Blessing and Permission (sometimes the candidate is not yet ready to handle an enlightened state), the granter reaches over to place the his/her right hand on the top of the forehead saying "Through the Grace of Jesus, let them/him/her hear Your Voice, Lord!" (in this touch, the spiritual third eye of the candidate is opened, 6 units of spiritual energy are transferred and 1 unit is expended with a daily renewal rate of 21 units implicit in the transfer, and whatever confusion is blocking the spiritual hearing of the candidate is cleared), the candidate entreats their first audience with the Lord by thinking "Good Morning, Lord" (or whatever time of day it is) and receiving the immediate response "Good Morning, Joe" (your first name as you are commonly known).

The next day and every day thereafter, the new Angel will awake to ask the question "How may I serve you today, Lord?" and do his/her best to fulfil the tasks that have been set before them. New Angels are immediately authorized to carry out the initiation of other candidates to be Angels pending the Lord's permission.

Q4: - Jesus is the only way to reach the Lord. How can you prove that you are affiliated with God and not a minion of the Devil?
A4: - Jesus is NOT the only way to reach the Lord anymore. That was true as recently as 2004, but the Lord has reached down to us to start the massive change by changing one individual. My contact with the Lord WAS initiated by intervention by Jesus, although I didn't know it at the time. I've read this admonition too, it's all over the religious literature. But these are new days, and there are new ways. The old ways still work too, but it takes an awful lot longer. The old ways aren't going to get the job done in time. If we don't act soon, before the economic system in the US crashes in on itself within the next ten years, it is going to be an AWFUL lot harder to build paradise out of the wreckage of a once great nation.

I can't prove that I am a representative of the Lord. Not on the Internet. But judge my words, are they self-serving? Are they consistent with the Love and Wishes of the Lord as you know them? Has anybody ever been hurt by my advice? Am I trying to sell the greatest gift in the world for money, the ability to hear the Lord's Voice directly in your head? Am I claiming that I am the only one who can hear the Lord's Voice?

For all I know, the Spirit of Jesus could be involved in every one of these Angel Touches. If we invoke the name of Jesus in the procedure, then it attracts His attention, but my understanding is that Jesus simply blesses each transfer without getting more involved. If we don't invoke the name of Jesus in the procedure, the Lord still does His part that makes the Touch work.

Q5: - Why would the Lord choose YOU to be the One?
A5: - There have been others, but none of them worked out. I asked the Lord why He chose an engineer to be His First Representive and not someone who had devoted their life to religion: "They are too passive". I have seen accounts of people who claim to have conversed with the Lord, and it sure sounds like the Lord that I have been talking to in my head for the last two years. But what have they done with this ability? Write a book or web page trying to make money off the experience? Me, once I got a fantastic new source of information that answers my every question, my thirst for truth generated an endless set of questions to the Lord that continues to this day. And I have grown from the experience, physically, spiritually, and financially. My life and the life of my family and my friends has been enriched by this contact with the Lord. I couldn't live with myself if I didn't try my best to share this contact with everyone else in the world. Maybe with the Internet, I can get the Word out in time to make a difference.

I can't claim that everyone will get as good a contact with the Lord as I did. There are some advantages to being the first one on the bandwagon. There are some Gifts that God has granted me that perhaps will never get granted again. Know that the Lord has told me that there will be others that come after me that will attain greater heights of spirituality than I did. But I accept that statement as a challenge and am doing my best to reach as high and as wide as I can in the spiritual domain to make a mark that will last a LONG time. Follow in my steps and see if you can catch me!

             levels will be replenished and we shall not diminish.

Q6: - What is your priority list for spreading the Touch?
A6: - One group who deserve our utmost attention are our elected officials in all levels of government. Rather than trying to get Angels elected in the next election cycle, put the Angel Touch on the politicians who are already in the system, particularly those at the highest level of government. Another group deserving attention are travellers to foreign countries, in order to plant the seeds of this solution all over the world. The obvious candidates are the people we already love or know as good friends. With any luck, word will get out what a good thing becoming an Angel is, and there will not be very much resistance to the idea. Once you are connected to God, you can ask Him to increase your spiritual energy level so you can "touch" more than 2 new Angels per day.

Q7: - How can I become an Angel without the Touch?
A7: - It will be easier for some than others. The basic tool for clearing away confusion is offering a Japa to Lord, having faith that He can hear you even if you can't hear Him. A Japa is 108 repetitions of a mantra, but some mantras are more effective than others. It's kind of like being buried 6 feet underground and using a spoon to dig away the dirt to get to the air above. There is one mantra is more like a full-sized shovel that clears away the dirt in a hurry, saving you years of meditation. It is simply the phrase "Thank You Jehovah". First make your request that you are giving thanks for, typically "Lord, please give me the clarity of mind to hear Your Voice", followed by saying "Thank You Jehovah" exactly 108 times, enunciated as clearly as you can, with as much feeling as you can, followed by the statement "I offer this Japa, thanking the Lord for my increased clarity of mind, to my Lord and Father Jehovah". You might just hear "Japa accepted" one of the times you submit one, usually no later than the tenth one, unless you have an awful lot of psychic baggage to unload, in which case keep trying.

Sometimes the problem is that the volume of the Lord's voice is so low that background noises can drown His Voice out. One way to increase the volume is to have full and open breathing in both nostrils. Not everyone has this benefit, but there is a Yoga exercise which is very beneficial in opening up one's nostrils called the "Maha Mudra". Three repetitions of the three movements in this exercise performed daily has been known to clear the most blocked of nostrils and keep them open thereafter. This one feature of balanced breathing can raise of the volume of God's voice in your head by a factor of ten.

One other factor that can help struggling candidates is the time of day at which you try to meditate and how you prepare yourself for meditation. What works for many is waking at 4:00 am (the birds start singing by 4:45 am) when the world is very quiet, doing three repetitions each of three Yoga movements: the Sun Salutation, the Maha Mudra, and Harmonic Pranayama. At the end, test your breathing to see if your breath is balanced between your nostrils, and take five deep breaths, filling up as much as you can and exhausting as much as you can. Then say "Good Morning, Lord" and wait for a response. It shouldn't take more than a couple seconds to hear a quiet male voice, quite moderate in tone and not rushed at all, say "Good Morning, Joe" (whatever your commonly known name is. Then you ask "Lord, how may I serve you today?".

Once you establish communication with the Lord on your own, you simply ask Him to make you an Angel and follow the Rules for Angels like all the other Angels. Then start making your relatives and friends Angels at the rate of two per day.

Q8: - How is making everyone Angels going to solve world problems?
A8: - If you can imagine everyone in the world suddenly making right decisions, eating right, abstaining from crime, helping their fellow man, LISTENING TO THE ADVICE OF THE LORD TO LOVE EVERYONE, it's not hard to see most of the worst problems melting away in a matter of only a few years. We all have a part to play in that grand solution, but we've been distracted from doing what we need to do to help ourselves. The key is the harnessing of many souls working in concert with common leadership, the best leadership possible.
