Souper95 Crashing

I'm just starting to learn how to use souper95 and
I'm wonder if I have some thing set wrong?

When I try to send my replies using "souper95 -s" I
get the error message "wsocks.dll in valid page fault".

What I'm I doing wrong?

My machine is a 486DX2-100 with 8 megs of RAM.
