I know little of how Souper works, but a simular thing happened to
me.It happened when I didn't have a blank line between the header and
thebody of the article, that I was trying to post. Souper would upload
anddownload the article, but yarn wouldn't accept it. (I had sent a cc.
to myself, so the article showed up in my mail).
Sorry that I post twice, but another mistake I made was to use a
different path and name for the "reply packet" that was entered in Yarn,
than in the batch file that makes Souper post the article. As you can see
from the docs, the "default settings" a re different:

When you run adduser, just type Reply packet file: C:\home\reply (forget
the .zip extension), and Yarn will create a file called reply.zip in the
home directory, when you write an article in Yarn. This is a simple
advice, but I hope it will help.
