Colors in DOS window in OS/2

I sometimes run the DOS version of Yarn in a DOS session under
OS/2. In full screen DOS sessions, quoted text is displayed
correctly in a different color than "new" text. In a DOS window
session the quoted text and new text are displayed in the same color.
Other colors seem correct. Why is this and can I do anything to fix it?
