Yarn 0.91, Score, Arrival sort order

I have been using Yarn 0.91 (OS/2 version) for a couple of days now,
and there is one behavior about it that puzzles me. I haven't been
able to pin down precisely what it does, but it seems that the thread
tree displayed is completely unreliable when the sort order is "Score,
Arrival". Messages displayed as follow-ups in the thread tree bear no
relationship at all to the root messages: it seems as if the messages
are strictly in arrival order, ignoring all back-references and
cross-references.
Anyone else notice this?
