UQWK can't post articles by itself. It uses Pnews or inews for that.
These programs are by default configured to append a file called
.signature to your message. If it can't append the file, it will fail
to post the article.
Either put your signature in the file called .signature, or delete that
file. If you don't have a .signature file, contact your sysadmin so he
fixes his braindead version of inews.
