STRANGE Messages

I've been getting a handful of messages like this one from either
within the i-link organization or one of their subscribers. I've also
written to i-link's support with no reply to date. If you look, there
is a >From with a date line preceding the actual blank message. I've
also gotten several of the blank messages, but they were deleted
before I ran into one tacked onto another message - so I can't compare
message IDs. I realize these imbedded messages can't be killfiled by
Souper, but how do you killfile a message with no subject, date or
sender? And where did the strange >From header come from? This is
from a Souper v15 and Yarn/2 0.91 combination - if that means anything
(and I suspect it doesn't).
