a long awaiting feature has been added to VSoup: a more specific
return code (Fred!).
This feature allows to check, if there are new messages on the POP3
server and/or new articles on the NNTP server available for download.
One can use it simply for checking in regular intervals, if anything
new has been arrived or for checking the VSoup/internet/TCPIP setup
(debugging...).
It is implemented in a way, that there is a special query mode with a
dedicated command line option (-Q). All other return codes of the
other modes have been left unchanged.
