Hmm, not sure, which one you mean. Perhaps you did not receive my
responses? ;-)

Oops, I thought, that '#! rnews <num>' is used for both message types.
Souper, btw, does it the same way.

inbound email should work. Perhaps you have to change the format of
the output file with ConvSoup and after that the 'rnews' words to
'rmail'.

Version 1.2.9 (not yet released)
--------------------------------

- new features:

- Scoring for Date: now knows something about it's semantics, see
scoring.

- Temporary 'files' are now kept in main memory. If you expect to
receive large news articles or mail messages check that there is
enough swap space!

- query status of POP3 and/or NNTP server. See command line
options and diagnostic codes.

- forgot to mention: there is also an HTML version
of the documentation available. Download it from
http://privat.swol.de/ReinhardGriech/vsoup.htm.

- bug fixes:

- Small bug (but perhaps fatal) in kill.cc: 'where = new
char [strlen(awhere+2)];' instead of 'where = new char
[strlen(awhere)+2];'.

- empty score-groups are now accepted with problems (at least more).

Sounds nice, but what should be the destination address?
smtp.<domain>, perhaps smtp.mail.<domain> or what? What algorithm is
Ka9q using?

What about Rexx ftp-extensions? Or ncftp? Or the standard
OS/2-ftp-client?
