This message is to announce the release of WHVS 1.00 (Windows Helper for
VSoup). WHVS is a MS Windows shell for the VSoup mail/news transport
program. WHVS allows you to create, save, and reload multiple
configuration files. WHVS uses the config files to write custom batch
files that call VSoup. If any of this sounds interesting to you, check
