Hi,

I am seriously thinking of switching to vsoup for os/2 as opposed to
souper for os/2 because of multithreaded newsreading and from multiple
servers, however, I cannot seem to login to my account on a local mail
server running Mercury v3.01A. I use

pop3://username:password@host:110

However I get an unhelpful error from the server stating that somthing
is rong, however, it doesn't tell me if it was username or password. I
have tried disabling apop authentication as well, and have tried
fiddling with mercury settings all with no luck.
