I'm desperately seeking for DOS utilities that can convert SOUP <--> nntp.msg
The only one I know of, is x_spool.exe, part of the UKA_PPP package.
Unfortunately it has hardcoded path settings, so it cannot be used outside of
UKA_PPP. In addition, it cannot create SOUP summary files (this is especially
annnoying, since UKA_PPP's newsclient _can_ download headers only.
