Paris Hilton - Celebrity
Paris Hilton was born February 17th, 1981 in New York City, to Rick and
Kathy Hilton. (The city has been the birthplace of many unusual and
infamous actresses, including, among others, Robin Givens. As
the great-granddaughter of the founder of the famous Hilton hotel chain,
Conrad Hilton, Paris had an easy start at attempting to define a career
path. Between partying and performing public antics, seemingly
unconsciously, she nevertheless attempted working, first as a model, and
later as an actress. Known as a jetsetter and socialite, (Paris Hilton
model), she has collaborated with top fashion designers, including
labels such as Tommy Hilfiger. Her cinematic conquests started with a
brief appearance in "Zoolander", a spoof of male models and the fashion
industry, starring Ben Stiller, son of comedian Jerry Stiller. She also
appeared in "Raising Helen", "Nine Lives", and with transplanted
Torontonian Mike Myers in "The Cat in the Hat." So far, any thought of
an Academy Award performance is far into the future. She has appeared
more notably in the television "Simple Life" reality series. The show
was a takeoff of the 1960s comedy, Green Acres, as two city girls spent
a month on a farm attempting to adapt to the simpler life. It was as
much a spoof on herself as other socialites. As with many high-profile
actresses, she has been supportive of animal rights and numerous
charities. She has appeared in a other television shows, including "Las
Vegas" and "The OC".
Nicky Hilton, younger sister of Paris, shares the spotlight as both Hilton sisters are heiresses to the circa $320 million Hilton hotels empire. It is Paris who always seems to hit the spotlight, whether she wants to or not, though for the most part, her scanty costumes and barely under the cover antics, have been engineered by the heiress herself. It is thought that she will likely settle down to a more conservative lifestyle when she is into her eighties, but that is merely speculative. (Think of famous notables, born into wealth, such as Queen Victoria. Paris Hilton belongs in a different league, yet qualifies as a member of the unofficial "American Royalty".) You can likely find a gallery of Paris Hilton on many other websites, though perhaps there is greater interest in her more notorious exploits, such as the unwitting free Paris Hilton video download (which you won't find in any commercial video stores). There is never any end to the suburban obsession was the lifestyles of the inane and ridiculous as proven by statistics that indicate that at any given hour, thousands of internet gawkers are eagerly hunting for Paris Hilton pictures, especially Paris Hilton topless, which represents a measure of how the population has been fused to celebrityism. This is a byproduct of television and the tabloids, which have replaced medieval bards and poets as the inventors of public entertainment. Most popular interests, as expected, remain a gallery of Paris Hilton pics, the infamous free Paris Hilton video, and the more intriguing Paris Hilton commercial. Perhaps of less interest is the Paris Hilton tape and minor concern for cinematic appearances of a Paris hilton movie, but so far her appearances have been brief and not in any starring role. .15hqqv.
