My pleasure.
I was browsing the net for anything on knitting and came to your home page. I don't even know how I got to it, but it's great.

We were bored at work on a Friday afternoon, and we found your site which cheered us up no end! Beryl particularly liked the picture of lake Louise. We'll visit again soon.

you never call, you never write, yada yada yada ... Finally go the nerve to sign your guestbook, Spamily; how's you, daveq and the felines (percy, james, more?)? Things are wonderful back here at mks (well, they're okay, at least). Don't have a homepage you can visit, yet though 8-(. See you both reasonably soon, I hope. v.

Vik! How are you doing? It's been way too long since we saw you. I'm well, daveq is well, the cats (still just the two, they'd freak if we brought any more home) are fat and happy. Send me your phone number and we'll give you a call.
Came here from Alexander Darke's homepage.

Found you on my way to trying to discover who the last person hanged publicly in Canada was. Still don't know but loved your Home Page. Hope you get to stay. My American husband of 27 years did!

According to the Canadian World Almanac: "The last execution in Canada was the double hanging on Dec. 11, 1962, of Ronald Turpin and Arthur Lucas, both convicted of killing police officers." Glad you enjoyed the site; I hope I get to stay too. I like it here.
I'm not sure how I dropped into (onto?) your page... but I like it! It'll make a great bookmark. Thanks! Oh, by the way (as if you care what I think) your quite attractive! Better without the perm, but cute either way.

Thanks, but the perm? I haven't had one of those in at least ten years, and I know I don't have any of those pictures on my pages. Perm? I'm really intrigued, here.

Emily, Just checking out the Home pages of IBM TEXTERs and found yours. Wonderful. This is easily the best personal page I've seen on the net. Good luck. Hope you get to stay in Canada (why not propose to Dave? That way you can become a citizen by marriage. You can always dump the bum later... :-) Dave.

Why don't you step a little closer to Dave and say that? :-) Seriously, we've talked about this, and have decided that it's a much better idea (for a number of reasons) for me to get in on my own. And the new immigration guidelines are very favorable to me, too; now it's just a matter of getting the paperwork and money together, and jumping through the hoops.
Nice site. I found your page when I did Net Search for some knitting stuff on the net for my wife, she is going to have a field-day with the material in your page.

Please see my new page of links for fiber people -- there's some machine knitting stuff there.
I've enjoyed the knitting stuff. I work for Threads, and would love to hear if you have any ideas for books that need to be written on knitting and fiber arts.

Just browsing and came across your homepage. Loved the design and the links that I had time to explore. I found some excellent photograpy under your "body eclectic" site (I'm a photographer for the local paper here in Houston and enjoy good photography) Your mention British comedy in another site. If you get the chance someday, check out "Doctor In the House", it is excellent. Gotta go, thanks again for such a great find while I surfed. S.C.

Haven't accessed the rest of the site yet, just the guest book, but, from the letters, looks as if I'll have a number of treats in store when I do. Former knitting instructor (Seattle), designer (Bucilla and Leisure Arts), TV hostess (Needlework series for KOCE-TV in Costa Mesa, Ca), homemaker. Now magazine editor (Dollmaker's Journal for cloth doll making), HerbalGram (medicinal plant research), and computer lover. Still an avid knitter.

Hi Emily,What a terrific home page you have set up. I was wondering is there anyway to set up a chat room on the internet. I'm aware of two regularly scheduled chats on AOL. But that gets expensive!! Do you know of anyway to chat back and forth live?? Thanks, Happy New Year!! Diana

I surfed your site and noted some mutual interests. Check out our site-lots of interesting women's health and environment information, along with a fun animation and comic strip! We'd like it if you would create a link from our site to yours. Let us know if you do create a link; any comments are also welcome. In health, Willi Nolan P.S. The link is a little slow, but well worth the wait!

I am a new Internet "Surfer" and I am finding it very exciting. Today (Jan 5/96) is the first time I looked at some of the exciting things you have on your Web page. I'm sure I'll be back again and again. I have 2 knitting machines; a Singer 360 and a Singer 155. I am also hand knit, crochet, do counted cross stitch and many other crafts.
