Posters, along the Seine

I absorbed as much of the Louvre as I could and then started making my way back to the hotel to pick up my backpack and head toward the train station.

Along the Left Bank of the Seine are a lot of wooden boxes mounted on the stone wall. These boxes are closed and locked at night, but during the day the lids are propped open and street vendors sell books and posters and prints and antique maps out of them. This is a picture of a rack of posters next to one of these boxes.
