Yes

No from the actual vendors, yes as incidental from fans (as in a response to someone 
looking for, say, the "Jonathan Livingston Seagull" video, "You may be able to find this 
at www.whereever.com.")

Generally no, but as they relate to Neil, this would be okay.  For instance, "The 
teachers at my school like Gordon Lightfoot more than Neil."  "Oh, well, he's not too 
bad - he's my second favorite singer after Neil."  But don't continue a conversation on 
the merits of Gordon Lightfoot.
