I've recently been listening to some old interviews and Neil has mentioned in several (usual in response to the question "Who was Caroline?" that Caroline is no one in particular, but Juliet was his idea of the ideal girl that he always thought he wanted to end up with and it comes from the Juliet in Romeo and Juliet.

So it's quite conceivable that the word Juliet (or Julie) slips into the lyrics in more than just the song "Juliet."
