It happened.
EJ was in Huntsville. Great Concert.
My 5 year old daughter went with us and she wanted to take Elton some flowers (for his upcoming birthday). We were there 1 hour early. Met some people on the front row (we had box seat midway), met some security guys. We even got a glimpse of Elton snacking before the concert.
I new she had to give her flowers to Elton and before everyone else decided to go to the stage. So during I Guess That's Why They Call It The Blues we made our way to the front. And we were stopped at the stage (by a very nice security guy). He said he could not let us go to the stage. But, when that song was over he said "GO" and we did. Elton walked to the front of the stage and accepted some roses and made some hand shakes. When we made it to the stage he was actually turning around when he saw Sarah, my daughter, he walked to her and she gave him the flowers and he reached for her.... so, I lifted her up to him and he KISSED her hand..... It was so sweet. I could her the audience going wild. I started to cry. It was WONDERFUL..
As we made our way back to our seat he began playing Ticking and my heart was ticking... fast. After Ticking he did the Carla/Etude beautiful!!! Sarah fell asleep. The excitement was too much for her. She woke up a few songs later... and we enjoyed the concert. What a night!!!!
