On Wednesday morning at 5 a.m. I flossed, brushed my teeth, turned off the phone ringer and turned down the volume on the answering machine, turned off the lights and went to bed. For the first time since, well, July.
I say unto you: Yay.
One of the annoying things about Python is that it's not suited to one-liners, unless you can do what you want by chaining together method calls. On the other hand, this is kind of a good thing, because it leads to me putting my convoluted one-offs into a file that I can point people at. Now all I have to do is figure out how to integrate it with- good grief, Vim has a whole scripting language built into it.
I guess I'm happy with this new project, given that I'm thinking about it while I'm not at work.
