Note to self #63: It is important to inquire about all of the elements of a restaurant meal if in any doubt. The gravy on the mashed potatoes had no contraindications in its dozen ingredients, but the barbecue sauce on the tofu had peanut butter in it. Fortunately I stopped after eating one strip.
It would have been still better to have asked before ordering, but I was falling-over tired by that time, groping around for cigarette butts, bottle caps, bits of plastic, wire, and other litter on the beaches near Moran lake (really a lagoon) in Santa Cruz for 2 hours as part of the annual clean-up event, after sleeping for possibly as much as 30 minutes before a coworker who was also attending picked me up on Saturday morning. The GPS gadget in the car helpfully spoke the names of streets and cities as part of directions, but entertainingly mangled anything derived from Spanish.
