2004.04.24 Sympatico rejecting all smtp.vex.net mail

Sympatico's mail servers have been rejecting all mail sent from our smtp server for several days now. The rejection/bounce messages do not provide any informatoin as to the reason. We have been in contact with Sympatico, and have been told we are not in any of their block lists. They haven't been able to explain why this is happening. We are still trying to get a better answer from them as to why this is happening. Note: mail sent from shell.vex.net is not blocked.
