Netscape to SOUP

Hi,

Anyway to prepare mail using Netscape but connect to the mail host using
SOUP?
I can understand the SOUP part but Netscape talks POP3, so there should be
some sort of POP3 to SOUP converted on my Win95.
Any hints?
