I recommend VSoup. It's faster than Souper, it has a "download the last
x messages"-feature", it has better scoringopportunities (my VSoup is
configured to only transfer messages from within the last month) ++.
It's not a GUI, which IMO is a good thing. It makes you more free
regarding to handle the dl/import-process through batch-processing.
