All I did was extract the v0.91 Yarn archive into a temporary directory.
Quickly looked through global for anything new and didn't find anything,
so then deleted it so it won't be copied over my existing global.

Backed up my existing yarn.exe v0.90 just in case.

And ran english.cmd.

Haven't had any problems.
