I have had Yarn (0.89) crash on me when I have been away for a few days
and then open a newsgroup in the comp.os.ms-windows.nt heirarchy.

This is the point. I am hoping for a possibility that Yarn can wrap
everything that is dumped to the editor. At present I have to re-wrap
manually and that is a pain.

This, I believe is more your editor's doing. There is nothing in Yarn's
CONFIG file where one can set a "right-margin".
